Roast Pork pot with Banana Sauce for dogs

A wonderful tropical meal perfect for warm summer nights. A very simple and easy roast to make and your dog should just love this exotic mix of roasted pork served with crushed potatoes and shredded carrot in a wonderful banana sauce. Bananas are creamy, rich, and sweet to a dog’s just love them. Ingredients:

  • 1 kg (2.2 lbs.) Lean Pork
  • Two handfuls of spring potatoes (or 2 regular size potatoes)
  • 2 bananas
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) shredded carrots
  • flax seed oil
  • 150 g (5 oz) yogurt
  • glug of flax seed oil

Directions

  1. Using a large stewing pot add a glug of flax seed oil to bottom of the pan and heat
  2. Add bite size cut pork in pan and brown
  3. In a separate pot boil potatoes until soft
  4. When pork is browned add water to cover
  5. Add shredded carrot and bring to a boil and cook unit soften
  6. Add pureed ripe banana to pot
  7. Take potatoes and crush them and add to the pot
  8. Remove from heat to cool and add yogurt to make a creamy banana sauce
