  2. Dogs can keep your Blood Pressure in check. Petting your dog helps a companion relax. This activity normalises heart beat and blood pressure.
  3. It proved that pet owners have lower cholesterol levels than those without pets. Regular exercise, diet, and medication are still required to maintain what is advised by your doctor.
  4. Dogs can develop your immunity against asthma and allergies. Studies show that babies with pets in the home are not likely to develop these ailments. Cold and ear problems are thwarted off due to the strengthened immunity levels established in having dogs or cats in the home.
